Here you'll find a variety of slow enjoyable & relaxing stretch classes that are all either all on the ground or mostly on the ground. Pick the ones that fit you.

Calendars & Challenges can help keep you on track & motivated. You can download and print the PDF in RESOURCES section to have on your fridge & have the satisfaction to check off each day that you've done that class.

Guided Relaxations

Guided relaxations for all reasons: some to start your day with the right mindset, lunchtime recharge, mid afternoon pick-me-up, or support you getting to sleep. All you do is lay down, get comfortable, close your eyes & listen.

Meditations

Here you will find an assortment of different styles of meditations to try. With a goal of increasing peace, mindfulness & joy.

Restorative Yoga

Resting poses such as Child Pose or Reclined Spinal Twist are held for at least 2 minutes with the support of rolled blankets & cushions to allow the body to fully relax. The point of this practice is to allow your body to soften & guide your nervous system into a deep state of calm. The focus is relaxation. If you're feeling sad, burnt out, tired - this is for you.

Here you'll find a variety of chair yoga from beginner to challenging. Practices that include head to toe movement to support you in feeling stronger, increase flexibility, mobility, improve balance & mood.

I've been doing Yoga with Karly for more than 3 years. Although I’ve practiced yoga for more than 25 years; my greatest growth has come thru individual & group classes with Karly as my instructor. I finally have a core strong enough to roll thru my vinyasa & I understand how to do the basics better. I'm stronger, in better shape & feel more connected to my body.
