What if Strength was only part of the answer.

Go with me for a second here... Imagine feeling strong enough to carry your tween or grandchild...

...while also being able to squat to tie your shoes easily, or sit crossed legged on the ground comfortably like you did as a child.

Reach overhead without your back complaining.

Go hiking on uneven ground with confidence.

Feel easeful and good in your body.

Sit in stillness without your body—or your mind—asking to escape.

That's why we don't just build muscle.

We build a body that feels good to live in.

More than a workout library

The Foundation Program is just the beginning. As you progress, you'll unlock new strength programs while continuing to build mobility, balance, foot strength, and recovery through a growing library of practices.

You will have access to me to ask questions on the community page or during our monthly live calls.

You'd pay $70-$90 for 1 hour with a trainer. This is $39 a month.

I'll show you how:

  • to choose the right weight,

  • when it's time to progress,

  • and how to modify each exercise to suit your body.

Build Muscle

Here you'll find your clear 6 week program and know exactly what to do.

Slow Stretch

Here you'll find a collection of slow, enjoyable stretching using the latest science backed techniques designed to help you unwind and recover. Slow deep stretch for FLEXIBILITY is crucial when building muscle so you don't lose mobility.

Fascia Release

Support recovery, reduce tension, and help your body move with greater ease through gentle fascia release. Encourage better posture, improved mobility, and a deeper connection to how your body feels and functions.

Sleep Support

Sleep is one of the foundations of healthy aging, recovery, and resilience, yet many women struggle with restless nights during midlife and menopause. This collection of gentle practices combines breath work, relaxation, and restorative techniques designed to help quiet the mind, release tension, and prepare the body for better sleep as well as providing many of the benefits of sleep in the process itself. Multiples studies show distinct cognitive advantages of Yoga Nidra over traditional napping including: Dopamine Restoration, Enhanced Brain Plasticity, Mental and Physical Restoration & Nervous System Reset.

Yoga

Here you will find a wide variety of skill level & styles of practice from beginner to advanced.

Guided Relaxations

Guided relaxations for all reasons: some to start your day with the right mindset, lunchtime recharge, mid afternoon pick-me-up, or support you getting to sleep. All you do is lay down, get comfortable, close your eyes & listen.

Sound Bath

Similarly to how you can lie down and listen to the guided relaxations, you can do the same here.

Jules Wyatt uses Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls tuned to the individual Chakras to “tune” your vibration into sync with the universe.

Restorative

Restorative practices invite you to settle into gentle poses for several minutes, giving your body and nervous system time to slow down. Great for joint health, flexibility whilst focusing on nervous system health. Real rest supports recovery, helps manage stress, and creates the foundation for better movement, better sleep, and better health. If you're feeling sad, burnt out, tired - this is for you.

Accessible Fitness

Assisted workouts using a chair for balance support. As well as a variety of chair yoga from beginner to challenging. Practices that include head to toe movement to support you in feeling stronger, increase flexibility, mobility, improve balance & mood.

Meditations

Here you will find an assortment of different styles of meditations to try. With a goal of increasing peace, mindfulness & joy.

Her Strength class has made such a difference for me — I feel stronger, I’ve built wonderful friendships, and it’s become the place where I feel right at home.

Although I’ve practiced yoga for more than 25 years; my greatest growth has come thru working with Karly. I finally have a core strong enough to roll thru my vinyasa. I'm stronger, in better shape & my balance is better. Her knowledge and passions for these practices is infectious and inspiring.

Melissa M

I have been taking Karly's classes for over 3 years now. First of all,  I absolutely love her classes! She is a great teacher, very knowledgeable and has great workout moves. I am a bike rider & have noticed great improvement in my balance from taking her classes.

Nerissa

Karly is so knowledgeable, motivating & always pushes me to do my best while making it a fun class. Her personalized guidance has made a real difference in my strength, balance & overall fitness.

For the past three years, I've had the privilege of taking Karly's Barre/Fusion and Strength & Mobility classes, and the results have been truly life-changing.

When I first started, I struggled with pain in my left knee. Today, that pain is completely gone. I've always been athletic, but at 68 years old, I can honestly say I've never felt stronger.

Karly's classes are thoughtfully planned, strategic, informative, and always fun. She has an incredible ability to motivate and encourage us to challenge ourselves, while always emphasizing proper form and mobility.

I look forward to every class, and I'm so grateful for the positive impact she's had on my health and well-being.
